Your dreams can come true, it can happen to you, if you're young at heart.
Sorry it was the first thing that popped into my head when I read your questions.
Are we talking life aspirations here or dreams from when you are sleeping? I believe you can make your dreams come true if you work hard because hard work pays off in the end.

Could be your memory has altered a dream making a dream seem true even though you in reality never dreamed that dream.

Awake or sleeping, dreams do come true. I have lived the fruition of both.

To a certain extent.
Like if you dream of unicorns and pink hippos dancing around your house...probably not =]
But if you dream about...lets say...your mom dying...then maybe...
But it really depends.

Some of them ,sometimes. Not all the time for everybody. We can always hold on to them. and I think that's good.
