Keep the fruit....don't go for pies or donuts or any other high calorie nasty item..Fruit is a better choice..
stay with water..(u can put lemon in your water and have it taste better) that way its not like just regular plain water
as for exchange for Fries ?
There are plenty of things..
Yogurt, fruit, what about Mc donalds Fruit and Walnut Salad ..its delishes :)
Granola ? Protein Bars or Protein Shakes ?
Salad ? Smoothie ?
The items i posted may not always sound yummy since u're craving fries, but trust me, your weight change on the scale and you will be greatful to fit into smaller pants..and lose a bit of a gut from the soda . :)

a baked potato is great but not the same. Try cutting potatoes into wedges or fries, put a small amount of oil in a large bowl add pepper or any spice you like, put the cleaned and dried potatoes in the bowl, coat evenly and bake in a hot oven. 450 1/2 hr. turn and go another 15 min or so.

instead of eating fried stuff in fast foods.....
you can always order for healthier snacks like the peanut masala....and the like...
there are lots of other better snacks available in the market.
raw mangoes are not scarce....and if u like them..
dice them into small cubes.....add a little coconut oil...some salt and chilly powder...mix well and just enjoy ....
its just too good ............bettter than any fried stuff...
