Why do you want to move away with the children?? How do you and your EX get along?? Why are you moving in the first place? Are moving Cuz the neighborhood is bad? Did you get a new job and need to relocate?? Is your EX abusive or abuses alcohol or drugs? You need to think about the real reasons you want to move the children away from the mother.(or Father...whichever!) Think about how you would feel....Would you like your ex to move away with your children knowing that it may be even more difficult for you to see them? If you need to move then Move. But if you're doing it for selfish reasons Then she (or He) may be able to stop you.

unless either your or your ex has a vistitation order i dont see any reason why you can't move away altho if your children would miss their "absent" parent immensley then please dont mess with their young and impressionable minds. i know break ups arent always amicable and you may wish to do this to hurt your ex but look at it this way, the only people hurting in the long run are the kids who you would be taking away from their other parent and they may in the future end up resenting you for this.

it incredibly is everyday egocentric guy behaviour. He basically needs each little thing to be approximately him. he's not thinking of his baby in any respect or he'd have broke his neck to get to those visits together with her. He does no longer have ignored any risk to be together with her if his thoughts matched the legal action he's offering to take. yet, you already know this already. you have already ignored a very good kind of possibilities to coach him up for what he's whilst he has made each pass to his income. whilst he became telling traumatic lies on your daughter, you are able to have mentioned as in social centers and asked for an order to end him seeing her. Scaring a baby like that's abuse and could be dealt with. it incredibly is time you began getting each little bit of his destructive behaviour recorded formally. you are going to be able to desire to get in touch with government your self any further. Invite them into your existence to guard your daughter from her father so as that he's investigated and his behaviour any further would be monitored and recorded and then may well be utilized on your court docket case. As for moving. Get on inclusive of your existence and pass. do no longer positioned something on carry. the beforehand your loved ones is settled and chuffed of their new enviromnent, the fewer in all probability the courts will opt to uproot them.

i hope they can stop you...you shouldnt be allowed to deprive a parent of child visitation..just because you dont get along - unless there is good reason - you are being spiteful!

Depends on the custody agreement, if you have one. Who has physical custody and who has visitation rights?
