Yes, all juices contain their own natural sugars [some more than others] but let's be clear here...natural sugar is not the same as the white refined sugar that is in sodas or that you add to your cereal. That being said, Simply Brand Orange Juice is healthier than all the rest. It is not from concentrate rather real oranges. The oranges are simply pressed to squeeze out the juice. That is it. No additives, or dyes, or extra sugar added (or needed if you ask me). The same goes for their apple juice. Although, if you drink the apple juice don't be concerned that the color is darker than the apple juice you normally drink. That's because, just like with the orange juice, the apples are pressed to squeeze out the juice and that's it. With the apple juice you will see little tiny bits of apple sediment at the bottom. Not to worry though, it's still super good. I don't like their Grapefruit Juice though, it's so sour but then again I have never been a grapefruit fan since it's so sour. My son is addicted to the Simply Brand. Just make sure you always shake them well before pouring to distribute the pulp. Lastly, keep in mind that the Simply Brand also sells a whole line of juices and they're all pure pressed. This brand is pricey but worth the money I think.
