... as in, first human?
if you're attuned to the christian way of thinking, after god created earth, the first human created was adam.
if you're into scientology, we existed as primates [ or, monkeys, if you will ], and we eventually evolved into a primitive form of man, who kept evolving into what we are today.
if you're referring to animals... we all started out as single-celled creatures, like bacteria and similiar organisms. our evolution path had a lot to do with the general environment we were forced to adapt to. i'm unaware as to what -animal- evolved first.

No body can say who is first on the earth Just because all the answers will be a suppose or an idea. different people have there own opinion about this matter some says about Adam and Howe and many more opinions and in the view of the science fungal or bacteria or many more but they all are as a idea (Not sure about any thing) so don't worry about who is the first on the earth think about who will be the last on the earth it depends on you and your global environment attitude.

A better question might be, "Who first counted on Earth?"
No really, I meant it as a double en tondre. You probably didn't. Words work so hard. Sometimes I let them play.
The first "one" on earth was a slash mark made by a hominid index finger. This mark was so universally accepted, it now is the number one in virtually every language on Earth.

If you are looking for a scientific answer then you need to be told that it cannot be determined with current technology, nor can it be answered with any conceivable future technology. That is assuming the "first one on earth" left any remains behind to study. If you are looking for a biblical answer then you are in the wrong forum; you need to be in a religion or a mythology section.
