I wouldn't think so. I would think you'll have to obtain a lawyer and if she isn't around, you can start divorce preceeding ex parte. But how long has it been? Is it really over? Are you jumping the gun a bit?

The guy goes to a lawyer, proves that the marriage took place in that state or region, the lawyer posts classified ads in the local papers or the newspapers where the spouse may be for 6-9 weeks, asking spouse to come forward and reply. If there continues to be silence, then a petition is made to null the marriage on abandonment or living apart and separate for x number of years, depending on your state. Ask your lawyer.

Well there are several ways to file for divorce if your wife has left and you have no way of contacting her. First file a petition for divorce, then you or your lawyer can do a search for her to serve her with papers. It's normally a 30 day limit that has to pass before you can file a motion of abandonment with the judge and have him grant you your divorce based on the fact that you can't locate your wife and have tired.

yes u can post it in the newspaper, it doesn't take a signature, or agreement, just post it and if the party does not show up to court on divorce day, u can get the divorce by default.
