Beef tri-tip would be my poison! I'm firing up the grill this afternoon, have had the tri-tip marinating in garlic olive oil for 36 hours, a little vinaigrette, onion, and a few other secret spices were added to the marinade! That will be one tender, delicious meal. I'm serving it with a fresh salad, fresh cauliflower with cheese sauce, artichokes and garlic mashed potatoes! Yum! Come on over and enjoy! Annie

Ribs sounds good, a big juicy steak sounds even better though!!! But if your doing the cooking though I will take whatever, just so I don't have to cook. Let me get some baked beans going and when they are done I'll be there in a few!!

I'll bring the beer soaked brats if you don't mind. The first ones of the season always seem to taste extra special for some reason. Although I have this dry Memphis rub for ribs that is just to die for.
