Why is there so many English Teachers on this site?

Probably because there are more English teachers in "the real world" than other subject area teachers. The need for English teachers in many states is much lower than the need for math and science teacher.

Or maybe because English teacher enjoy "writing" and "reading" answers to YA! :O)
