Call the universities, ask for the theatre department and tell they can recommend acting teachers or a good acting class for your.

i did a yahoo search since all i knew where websites like louisianacasting.com and neworleanscasting.com and neither site is running anymore, louisiana casting used to be a huge site bute they actually shut down pre-katrina i think. i have no clue why but i hopes this helps
