how do u do it..... i do it for the kids people ask how i can... because i love them..... anyhow if u do have this same sit. to deal with how do u do it???

you just have to look at what kind of person they are and look the other way and the kids will love you for it in the long run and when the kids are grown you do not have to deal with this person any more you just have to look down the road so to speak . good luck .

Well, I'd say block her calls, but you can't do that since there are children involved. You don't deal with the jealous, petty, vindictive witch though, you let your husband deal with the mother of his children. If she calls, don't even answer the phone if your husband isn't home. Turn down the volume on the answering machine, so you won't even hear the message, then tell your husband when he gets home that there's a message from her. You hit it right on the head though, you need to be a "duck" and let it just roll off your back, and you're also right, it's MUCH easier said than done. Count to 10, breathe deep, do all those self-calming exercises you read about. Just don't get involved with her. Best of luck to you!

I wish I had some great advice for you. Unfortunantely, my best friend is going through the same thing. I just don't know that there is anything you can do. If she begins to get out of control with harassment or something, then it can be taken care of. Other than that, you are helpless in this situation. When you get into a relationship with someone who has been married and has kids, unfortunantely to you, you are also getting into a relationship with them!

I do it with a x husband and I also do it for the kids our grand kids the mother and father are in prison for twenty- five years doing fed time for drugs they both got caught with in there home and we ended up with the kids ,but now our marriage is just about to end up in court so to make thing better for the kids I put up with his sorry a** I'm out of work and can't get another job because I on my last job last one of my arms and people really look at you different when you are practically handicapped
