1. This can be true if you want and can set security settings correctly.

2. This could be an Intranets function. Employees could be granted access to a companies internal information.

3. Ideally, this is true, however you should again be carefull of security settings as to avoid being 'hacked into'.

4. Again, an Intranets function could be for this. Usually this would be the case.
