Along with erecting his huge mile high concrete wall in the Gulf to redirect Katrina. Hopefully on an area more heavily populated with white folks.

Well since Bush is not a king, and congress has to approve No!!!! To bad public education is failing because basic civics class will show the PRESIDENT has to answer to Congress. Only if libs could grasp that concept!
