I think it is different for everyone. But a typical definition would that which is unattractive or unappealing to an individual
You have heard "Beauty is in the Eye of The Beholder" the same is for "ugly"
It could be someones appearance, someones personality, someones attitude etc.

According to legend, there is a mystical tree called the "Ugly Tree" from which all ugly things grow. The tree has many branches, and more grow all the time, bearing new, and very ugly, fruit. The branches have a peculiar arrangement, in that an especially ugly thing falling from the tree will hit every branch on the way down - including, presumably, the one it was on, and any branches on the other side of the tree.

i agree with jade she looks like a pig.
but really ugly is some one who u dont think is your type. however, this is just being shallow. i feel we should not think of people as being good looking or ugly we should treat people the way we would want to be treated. and every one is gods son or daugter right so we each have a bit of him/she in us so no one is ugly cus god is ugly right. terry
