If you saw a child hitchiking would you pick them up?

I would call 911 in a second! Then park somewhere and watch until the police in case someone did pick them up.
Out here its dangerous in general to hitch-hike. If a child was out there, that means something really strange is going on.
I rarely even see kids riding their bikes around..It has change quite a bit over the years

story time, a lot of years ago my friend did just that, then three guys jumped int he cars with the child, they had guns and made him to to the bank and hand the letter saying that they would kill the dad and his kids right now if the teller did not hand over the money, they they beat him up and took his Cadillac.. true story, they did not catch the guys or the kid, the cops arrested my friend, and made it tough for him..he did not get in trouble, I stopped a long time ago to pick a younger boy, maybe early teens, and another older maybe 19-21 year old jumped in and tried to get sexual with me until I put a gun in his face and told the two of them to get out...
so I really have to say maybe not ..to many bad things have happened..

No, I made it a rule never to pick up any hitchhiker. I have my children most of the time anyway. I dare not put a stranger in my car and jeapordize my daughters life like that.

No! I did that once and the guy started talking all weird about how I didn't know him, and that he could be an axe murderer or something and I made him get out!!
