I have a kid who is 13 and we wants to see it, but I want to make sure its appropriate.

PG-13 - for violence, criminality, sensuality and language--all involving teens

that is the listing on the film.

if after reading that you feel your child can handle it, go for it. but i'd only take my child if he/she was a mature 13.

Is this the cut version they're releasing in theaters soon?
The original documentary is very graphic.

If you're really concerned, screen it before you let the kid see it.

it's a PG-13 movie, so yeah...make sure you stay next to him/her so that it there's a disturbing image that could scare him/her, you could put your hands on his/her eyes ;)

make sure you know your kid but i think she can see it
