Pizza! It's difficult to do well, which if you can, sets you apart from the rest! Plus, I can tweak it to fit most any culture from oriental to South American. It has practically every food group in it! And if done correctly can be dietetic! It's as personal as the car one drives. Everyone has a favorite.

I'm pretty sure the fish is called Mahi Mahi, and I like it with wild rice and veggies. I got that from a place in Tennessee one time and it was delicious!

I love homemade lasagna because it makes me think of home. It has to be homemade because the frozen kind never has that same aroma when it's baking.

Wedgewood. It costs a lot but when you drop it on the floor it doesn't shatter.
