They have won the World Cup 4 times now. This year they made their 2 World Cup in a row 3-making a hattrick WC.

With the winning of cricket world cup 2007, Australia have till now won the cricket world cup 4 times( including a hat trick.)

They have created history. They won it in 1987 when no one expected them to win and I believe that win of the world cup entirely changed the whole scenario of cricket in Australia and Australians never looked back since then. They won it again in 1999 beating Pakistan and in 2003 they outclassed India in the final. Now they have won it for the fourth time and who knows , if they continue to play like this, how many they will win.
