Dear Transfemmeguy
Why are you worried about what others think? This should NEVER be about anyone but you… YOU are the person that will be living in YOUR body.
Give yourself two or three years of HRT… If YOU sill aren’t comfortable with your new chest then consult with a surgeon
Hugs,
PennyAnn

Breast tissue is mostly fat. By losing a lot of weight, you lost a lot there as well. So, gain weight, but stay height-weight proportionate. Fat in the breasts is the last to go and the first to gain. As for implants, the procedure ranges from a few thousand to over ten thousand dollars. I know a woman with reconstructive surgery after breast cancer who had a bill for 32,000. So, there is quite a range out there. One woman I know spent about $20,000 and the work is almost totally perfect. The only way to know is to palpitate the edges on the side of the breast where the implant is very close to the underside of the skin. Another way to tell is natural breast tissue "sags" for lack of a better word, to the side when a woman lays flat on her back. Fakes do not do much movement to the side, if any. MOST women go WAY too big, and stretch out the skin that it literally is tight, like a balloon is tight, forcing the shape into a perfect hemisphere, like half a grapefruit, and the breasts get HARD because of the stretched skin tissue. A reputable plastic surgeon will not let you go too big, adding a full cup size is about as far as they will go unless you really insist or are SO small to start with. I was married to a woman who was AA (and THAT was probably being generous) and went to a modest B. Cost was about $5,000 for the procedure plus $450 for each implant. She had filled out to a B/C while nursing our son, so later when she got the implants, the skin was already stretched so she could go to a B with the implants and NOT look "tight".

If your doing this for a sexual reason, your going to be very disappointed and unhappy with your life. Hormones do a great job for those under age 25, if your older then that though you probably would end up wanting implants though. Typically guys like big breasts, I would recommend a C cup, however I would also like to caution you not to ruin or throw away your life.

No, I don't think so. I would stick with the hormone induced breasts, unless you really aren't satisfied with them. I you are newly on hormones, give it a while and you will have natural breasts popping up before you know it.
Also, you should never change or alter your body based on what anyone else thinks is attractive. Go with what *you* think looks good. :)

Decaf coffee is a wonderful low-calorie fluid when you're having cravings (and an excellent source of antioxidants).

You should do whatever you KNOW you are going to want for the rest of your life, going a little slower here can't hurt, maybe get the psychoanalysis started, to become a permanent girl you will need this phase, so you have plenty to do, and lots of time to do it.

NO. If you are serious about this, go thru gender therapy to figure out if this path is right for you. Changing your body for someone else is a bad idea....women, with transexual history, do not have breast implants to please other people but undergo the surgery for themselves.

Don't confuse being thirsty with hunger. Drink a glass of water whenever you feel hungry to see if that's what you're really craving.

Do your food shopping with a list and an occasion limit; that way, you're more unlikely that to stray into the prepared foods section.
