Most of the salads they serve are with meat so If you eat cheese, I would say a grilled veggie melt would be a good choice. It's listed under 'Toasted Deli Sandwiches'. Whatever you end having, I hope you enjoy it.

If you're in the UK most McDonalds do a vegetable supreme burger, but I wouldn't say it's healthy really. It's a fried (I think) vegetable burger with mayo and lettuce. It is quite nice, but like I said, not really healthy. They also do a side salad with dressing, but that's quite small. The fries are now veggie friendly - they used to be fried in animal fat but aren't now - but again not healthy. And they used to do a cheese melt baguette thing, not sure if they still do or not.

Hope that helps!

I don't know about meals but they do sell bags of carrot sticks and fruit, maybe the fish filet but I'm no sure whether they are fried in animal fats...

Depending on where you live you can order a veggie burger. (They aren't available everywhere.) But I don't trust that anything there is truly healthy. You can ask for a salad without meat. That may be your best bet.

You're having a laugh eh! Why waste your time going to a hole like that, you'll be lucky to find anything vege in their menu. You've not been in years, it'll do you no harm to put off for another few years.
