Yes, stitch is a monster, but Lilo sees the good soul within (much like Ariel does on her TV show)

Just because he is a monster dose not make it a bad thing. what if you had a child who was afraid of the dark and thought there was a monster in his closet or under the bed and they did not belive you that there was nothing there. you could always tell them well if it was a monster that stich is a good monster, and nothing will hurt you. It's not like you letting your child watch a chuckie movie or some other film. its a cartoon

What's wrong with monsters? The only way it would be irresponsible is if the child was actually scared of the cartoon and you force them to watch it. But I doubt anyone does that. I watched Aaaah! Real Monsters and I don't see how that was a bad decision on my parents part. And I'm sure you watched Sesame street. They're ALL monsters.

Sesame Street has been promoting monsters for over 30 years. Is this really a monster issue with you or are you prejudice against Stitch?!

I agree. A lot of cartoons are grotesque these days... I mean, I sometimes watch kids' shows and ask myself how is this for kids? I can barely watch it myself! lol, and Stitch does some pretty disgusting things too.

My son's well-liked practice is Max & Ruby, alongside with Teletubbies, Clifford, and Rugrats. there won't be something i do no longer permit him watch, as i'm very lenient, yet each each now and then i will seize a meant "baby suited" practice asserting something naughty and that i will turn the channel. oftentimes i does no longer ideas yet my son is extremely impressionable these days.

If you sit kids down to watch some mansy pansy cartoon they would be bored stiff and soon become uninterested. Kids just like adults like watching things that are mysterious and adventurous. It keeps them interested.
