I was noticing that in between the area where my left arm and my shoulder (and a little on my chest) that it spasms from time-to-time. I noticed it yesterday at work. It doesn't hurt but it's just bothersome. I am a 23 year old male and just want to make sure if I should be worried or not. Any suggestions on what it could be would be appreciated! Thanks!

Go get a checkup at the doctor's office.

Unidentified symptoms too often go unresolved, and sometimes it means nothing, other times it might prevent a worse problem later. Could be just a nerve being irritated, but get a professional opinion.

No only the chest muscle is exempt from the spasm rule. You better believe that the other muscles are ticked off about this.

Any and every muscle in the body can spasm. Maybe you need a little more potassium (cantaloupe, banana) in your diet.
