Some spammer is sending spam and setting the return address as my email address. Now I am getting all the failed and bounced mails to my account.

How can I stop this?

You can't. It is not happening on your computer. The only thing you can do is change your Email address if you want to stop getting the inbound bounces.

Sadly, you can't. The best thing you can do is to close the e-mail account and create a new one. Many free e-mail services allow you to send a notice to everyone in your address book informing them of a change in your e-mail address. You can also alert your IT administrator or ISP but they can only provide limited assistance.

filter your inbox to automatically move e-mails from the spammer to your junk or trash folder.

get ahold of the administrator for your email, and tell them you are getting tons of bounces because someone is spamming using you as replyto:
they'll filter it for you.
