Well, the problem is.....
When you can't spell, use no punctuation, don't capitalize, don't complete sentences, don't use half-way decent grammar....NOBODY KNOWS WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT. We assume you are some uneducated juvenile who can't find your butt with both hands.
If you are going to participate in an adult forum, you might want to study up on grammar and things like that.

The person answered your question violated Community Guidelines by insulting you and your heritgage personally and the appropriate thing to do would be to click on the "Report Abuse" or the red flag.
From looking at the question that sparked all of this and the heat that you are getting is because you indicated you are a great writer and want to know how to go about getting a grant for minority writers. If you want to be a writer, you must be nitty gritty with words and their syntax, punctuation, captialization, grammar and spelling and above all else, write things in a fashion where you capture the reader's attention and make them want to read on. You lost my attention about three sentences down on the above question. No one is going to take you seriously as a writer if the above is an example of what you have to offer.
This is not to say you don't have creative talent and great ideas, you may very well indeed. If so, you need to work on conveying those ideas in writing in order to hold the reader's interest.
Many community colleges offer continuing education course for under $100 for a six week course that could likely greatly help you in this area.

I've read a few of your other questions. Since you are of Hispanic heritage, you are NOT a minority in San Antonio. Hispanics have outnumbered Anglos there since around 1988 officially, long before that unofficially. That's why it's taken you this long to be "discriminated" against. And if what that person said hurt you, you need to learn to be less sensitive - especially since you want to be a writer. Rejection and personal putdowns are very rampant in that field.
Your questions would be so much easier to read if you used proper spelling, grammar, and punctuation. Then maybe you would get more and better answers. I for one usually don't bother reading questions where people don't bother writing correctly. Yours was better than some; that's why I made an exception in this case. If you want to appear intelligent and the "great writer" you say you are, you have to write intelligently! Then more people would be inclined to help you. Too many people have picked up bad habits by writing in "chat room" style that spills over into their regular writing where they're trying to make a good impression. That's especially important for you, since you're trying to get a writing grant.
Check with the Financial Aid offices at UT San Antonio or anywhere else you may want to attend. Also, if you haven't yet graduated high school, check with the guidance counselor office there.
Good luck!

I missed your question on grants and loans, but the easy answer to that is every college has a "financial aid office." Find the one at the school you want to go to and ask them what's available. It's entirely possible that there are some available only to people in your ethnic group choosing to study what you want to study and only at that school, so they are the ones to ask. It costs nothing to ask.
You need to care a lot less about the opinions of total strangers.

I also missed your question, but if something horrible and personally insulting was said, hit the 'report abuse' flag next to his/hers answer.
