How long does it take for your unpaid pay, overtime to come through when you apply to the incolvency fund for payment. My boss told us on Thursday that we would be finished on Friday, we didnt get paid for that week, and we are all due overtime and holidays. After applying to the fund, how long would we normally have to wait before receiving payment?

Waiting, is very tiring. Avoid waiting, pursue with your employer as well as Dept. of Labor to expedite the remittance to you and the entire team.
