I have a windows xp and the three restore cds. I was wondering if there is a way to delete everything on the hard drive and reboot with the disks and start all over.

If you wanted to,
instead of having to re-install windows,
you could just reformat the drive.
That would delete everything on it.

yes reformatting HDD deletes all data, documents and settings and prepares HDD for new installation.
