your index file is gone, moved, or has some major error on it. All websites have to have an idex file or the rest of whats supposed to be on the page isn't.
an example would be if you go to
http://consumerdownloads.ca.com/consumer/apps/
you get the indexed files from a link off of
http://shop.ca.com/downloads/free_trial_software.aspx
what keeps you from seeing the first page is the index file for the site.
check your list and see if there is an index file there...if not you need to create one....it doesn't really even have to have any info on it, it just has to be there

Bad home page file name, try index.html.
