You need a lawyer. You don't mention if this is a federal or state civil case. The first thing is to file it in the correct jurisdiction. Otherwise, it'll get tossed out. Some of the issues you mention are pretty complicated and serious consequences attach. You might go to the nearest law library to familiarize yourself with these causes of action. I think if you do that, you'll realize you'd be completely in over your head if you tried to handle this yourself.

You're in way over your head.

This isn't something you're going to teach yourself.

If you find such a case, you aren't going to find EXACTLY the same case, and you're very likely to leave something important out of your initial Complaint, even if you do file it in the right place.

You don't just need "a" lawyer, you need one that knows what they're doing.

If you try this on your own, there's a high probability you're going to screw it up beyond the capacity of ANY lawyer to fix, which means you can make it possible for your Defendants to get away with whatever it is you're unhappy about with no consequences whatsoever.

I'd wish you good luck with it, but this isn't a matter of luck.

I wish you the intelligence to seek expert counsel.
