It shouldn't be that hard to do, you will just need some music editing software on your PC and a turn table that has the proper cables.

Some sound cards have a digital input that you can hook up an external source to, so check you sound card before getting to far into this.

There some adapters available that will connect to your turntable and then into your USB port of your PC.

Unfortunately, I don't think you can do it without spending a little bit of money. I am also not sure of the sound quality you will get during the transfer. Instead of spending the money on transferring them, why not use Itunes or other music downloading software to get the songs digitally?

I listed a few links below, how some of them help.

According to your details your BMI is 22.4 which puts you in the middle of the healthy range (18.5-24.9) which is great! Its a shame that you're feeling uncomfortable about your body, but I'll give you some tips anyway. Try going for 20 minute runs each day after school, or instead of catching a bus or getting a lift to school, you can walk part of the way there. You can also try playing soccer at lunch instead of sitting with your friends. And if you're not into running around you could dance in your room to your favourite music.

There is a turntable that has a usb cable that hooks up straight to your computer. I've seen this on amazon.com (type in turntable and usb). It cost's about $150
