No there is nothing legally you can do. This is why people shouldn't have children unless they plan on getting married or are already married.

He is not legally responsible for you, just your child once it is born. He is under no obligation to pay any of your bills. If you were married,it might be a different situation, but you are not.Something you probably should have thought about before becoming pregnant.
There are programs that may assist you,but if you are able to work, you probably make too much to qualify for welfare.
You may have to get rid of some of your expenses yourself, get a cheaper car,a second job,cut up the credit cards.Finding a cheaper place to live is another option or take in a room mate.
You can't rely on others to bail you out of a situation you got yourself into, you have to look out for yourself.

There are government programs to help pregnant women, like wic and welfare.
You can downsize some of the more expensive parts of you life too. But, I wouldn't depend on him to pay for anything, if he does consider it a bonus. He is only legally responsible for half of the BABY's upbringing, not your personal expenses.
Good luck.

Seek competent legal counsel to file the appropriate action ASAP to establish paternity and support. In many states the father of the child can be ordered to pay their share of some of the costs of the pregnancy and birth. This will not get you anything right now though as you will not be able to prove the child is his until birth generally. Filing an action now protects the date which he can be ordered to provide support from. If you go on public assistance, you will assign your rights to support from him to the county/state and they will take care of the matter.

You can't legally make him pay...sounds like you need to get a better job or pick up some extra hours.
If you are in the US you can look into programs like WIC.
You need to make sure you get court ordered support when the baby is born, it sounds like he won't pay if he doesn't have to.

He is not responsible for your living expenses. He will be responsible to help with child support when the baby arrives.

Sign up for WIC and government assistance. Don't think you can do anything about your ex giving you money now, but it the law for men to give child support.

nope you can't do anything until the baby is born. But maybe you should be nice to him or get back together with him and he'll help.
