Depends on the shoes and ground.
Sneakers - no sound, except when it is extremely rainy, in that case *splash*
High heels mainly *click* and *clack*.
Flip-flops have funny sound. I wear flip flops today.

Almost always silent unless they are wet, then they squeak a little. I don't wear heels anymore so all my shoes are pretty quiet.
