No news could actully mean good news. Cities like delhi and mumbai are always in the news, and it is always bad news about terrorism, theft, violence, rape etc.
I feel the youth of sikkim have dream just like other indian youth.

This is good that not in much news.. The things we are having in news are mostly for the bad name. So you should be happy that you are good enough as you are not ine news.
