Heck yes, as long as it is agreed by both parties..If one thinks it is fine and does it and the other does not think it is okay then it could be considered abuse..
SSC..or RACK is what it is all about..
I say go for it.. spanking is a god thing if in a D/s relstionship there needs to be set rules and punishment for breaking those rules.
