If it's unlisted, it's unlisted for a reason. Generally, to people finding out the number, doh!
Would you be very happy if anyone could get hold of your number or find out who you've called on your mobile phone??

If people want an unlisted number, they pay for this, and it is not published to anyone outside of the telephone company. One has to get a search warrant in order to have access to that. There is a reason that people want these numbers unlisted.
Pay as you go phone service is a newer service, so I am going by my gut here..I would say that .It would take another search warrant to even ask the service provider for any information on the owner of this cell phone as well as their in coming and outgoing calls if even possible...you have been watching too much TV.

Before answering this I looked at your previous postings on this site.
You've been asking . . .
* * How to get into a coded privacy lock that is on your "son's" cell phone.
* * How to find someones private e-mail password without their knowledge.
* * How to locate your "sister" who has left the country
And...now this here...* * How to find an unlisted phone number...and how to find out someone's private pager service.
If a person's number is locked, phone number unlisted, e-mail password private . . . there is a reason for that info. being unlisted and private. What you are seeking to do is borderline...stalking.
Respect a person's ( even family members ) reason for privacy and leave them alone.

A reverse cell phone lookup service I have used is http://reversephone.toptips.org
Enter the number in the system and they will tell you a lot of informations about the phone number and the person who owns it.
If they have extra details you will have to pay for the report.
Free reverse phone lookup sites generally don't provide anything interesting. To get further information, money will have to be paid. The free searches do not provide much more than what can be found through the phone book.
The best thing is that you can get informations about anyone!!

If it's unlisted you can't legally get the details unless you are involved in law enforcement

reverse phone number search compiles hundreds of millions of phone book records to help locate the owner's name, location, time zone, email and other public information.
Use a reverse phone lookup to:
Get the identity of an unknown caller.
Identify an area code.
Recall the name of a person whose number you wrote down.
Identify an unfamiliar phone number that shows up on your bill.
