Should roads be pasturized?

Virginia Tech made headlines when 32 kids got killed. Well, last time I checked, 32 people get killed every 8 hours in the USA, but there is no call for tearing them up and pasturizing them. No headlines reveal the real killer of our society. Why?

Simple. Driving involves expected acceptable risks. The incident at VT was neither.
