Yes I do, because I use to be a very negative person, and I was always thinking of the bad things that could happen to me. When I had my son, I realized that my negativity had rubbed off on him. Then I decided that I wasn't going to worry about things in the past that I couldn't change, and live for the future, and it could be anything I wanted it to be, and I'm a much happier person, and so is my son.

I always try to be a positive person. When there's a bad situation, I would express my emotions, analyse it, find an appropriate solution and move on. There are better things to think about than holding a grudge or feel depress about it. I'll take bad situations as lessons learned.

Only if the thought is followed by positive action. Thinking things will get better is not a solution to any problem. Getting off your *** and finding a solution will.

Anyone who thinks all they have to do is think positive is an idiot.
