Hospitium Primum

That translates to foremost/chief/principal lodging. Seems to be a good name for a hotel, and since 'hospitium' was the source for 'hospitality' in English and 'primus' gave us 'prime' you have the thought of prime hospitality coming through.

Technically, 'hospitium' means more like lodging in an inn. Latin for hotel is 'deversorium', but I think the name with 'hospitium' comes out better.
