My Guess is, send some troops to Antarctica, seize it and make it part of the U.S.
I'm pretty sure that would make the us the largest country on earth.
We could establish a penal colony there for prisoners serving manditory sentances for drugs, and child molesters.

Apologize to all the troops in Afghanistan and Iraq and let them go home to their families. Then resign in the most shameful and humiliating way possible. Perhaps a 21 kick salute.
10 Army soldiers on one side and 11 Marines on the other each one kicks him as he slowly walks by.
