Hi just want to know how good is the mars 200 are they easy to get parts for and is it worth buying.

don't know, but if you're any where close to Houston, Texas, I have a former co-worker & renter that has one with bottle ( full of gas ), stand/cart, 35,00th wire ( about 40 ft used ) brand new, for $ 600.00. I don't know the brand, but he was a diesel mechanic at the local concrete company & was medically retired just after he bought it! email for more info!

I have never heard of this name. A lot depends on what you will be using it for. Look at the Duty Cycle. The percentage is how much welding you can do per hour. For tacking, 10% would be fine but not for continuous welding. Will you be using gas or fluxcore wire? Fluxcore will wear out the lining of the whip faster due to the coating. Check prices on replacement parts and also availability.
