sounds reasonable to me.
they give parting gifts on the game shows, why not from county lock up.

Oh no--I think for sanitary purposes cops should have handcuffs that they just give away......I mean how many wrist were in those handcuffs....

hhmmm??! Now you got me wondering if they sanitize those things after some scoad was handcuffed, not saying you are. Whatever floats your boat, I'm SURE it was an "misunderstanding"-or whatever. If your really wanting a pair, try ebay or any adult book store, or just use a pair of nylons, they don't hurt as much.

Use velcro restraints..more comfortable, and you do not have to worry about losing a key.
