yeah but sometimes that complete stranger that looks back at me scares the living bejeeses out of me, so i have to shut my eyes and open them again just to regroup.and it depends on what state of mind I'm in when i look, i try to just tell myself its me and put it all back together and gone on , others i just block it out and remind myself I'm in control. that stranger cant do anything unless i let him.

Yeah, I do it all the time and I always get that feeling. It's strange that someone else shares this opinion. I thought I was just weird.
But I do it consciously. Not necessarily intentionally. For example my mind just tends to wander off and I tend to walk by the mirror and stare at my image without realizing just because I'm really distracted and deep in thought, So after a while of staring and with all the silence around me, it seems like I'm changing, like the face in the mirror doesn't belong to me or like it's going to move and do something. Lol. Definitely scary if you're alone, but interesting to experience.

Yes. I feel as if what ever happened to me in my life has changed me as a person and i am not the same and not someone who i am supposed to be. Im looking at the not so bright side.

You must have a identity problem. Maybe you have not found who you really are. Maybe you think you know but in reality you dont. Or maybe youre just a weirdo. Whatever floats your boat captain.

If you take a look at yourself you need to see who you really are --- you can look in the mirror and never see yourself the
way others see you then you do have a problem..................
