The weights of displaced water in both the cases is the same because in each case the weight of swimming man is the same so the buoyant force i.e the weight of the displaced liquid is the same.
It is easier for man to swim in sea water than in river water because volume of sea water displaced is less comparatively.

Yes, weight of both types of water will be same but the volume of the sea water will be less than the volume of the river water. This is because the sea water, is denser than river water and so lesser volume of the sea water is sufficient to balance the weight of the man.

Hmmm, I believe that in floating, you displace a weight of water equal to the weight of the floating object. In that way there is a balance of forces and you float.
However, the salt water is heavier than the fresh water. Therefore the volume of salt water displaced would be less than the volume of fresh water (river water) displaced.

All the liquids exert equal upthrust on the body immersed in it. The upthrust of a liquid is equal to the weight of the liquid displaced by the part of the body immersed in it. The more the density of the liquid , the less is the volume of liquid is displaced by the body (and vice versa) to make the upthrust equal. Hence though the volume of liquids displaced is different, the weight of the liquid displaced remains same. Hence the answer.

When a person swims or floats in water,bouyant force on him is equal to his weight.
Buoyant force is weight of displaced liquid or water.
As his weight remains same [in river as well as in sea] ,the buoyant force and hence weight of diplaced water[ of river or of sea] remains same.
{the volume of displaced water will be different because volume is inversly proportional to density when mass (weight) remains same.}
