It's one of those wonderful things.... You have the option to kill an unborn child by paying a fee. But you don't have the right to pay for a prostitute. Then again abortion went on years before it was legal and prostitution will go one for years---- until it can possibly be legal....

NO they don't go hand in hand. A female prostitute takes precautions to not get pregnant, therefore an unplanned pregnancy does not occur. You can legally chose to employ at prostitute. There are some fine places in the USA where it can go, and you'll be legal.

Because you don't have a phalanx of lawyers to push your cause all the way to the Supreme Court.
Because being a male you don't have a history of oppression so there is less chance of the political /legal / academic complex looking favourably upon your situation.
Because the right you're after is only to engage in voluntary acts with another consenting adult, not the right to deny life to a potential future human being.
Because there is no challenge to judges and constitutional lawyers to create reasons why a person should have the right to commit a moderately harmless act, as compared to being smart enough to create reasons why one should have the right to commit what many would call murder.

you're perfect, abortion has now not been categorized legally or scientifically as homicide. yet a lot of human beings seem previous those 2 training and performance moral needs, and those moral needs allow us comprehend that a baby is a baby from the 2d of concept. allow's say i'm some weeks pregnant - contained in the time period that abortions is also performed. What if i'm in a terrible vehicle twist of destiny thinking the shown reality that of a inebriated driving stress and my injuries motive me to miscarry? Did I lose a baby? Or does it matter on no matter if i develop into thoroughly satisfied about the shown reality that i develop into pregnant or now not?

the issue you raise is not related. you are comparing apples and oranges.
you can legally choose to get a prostitute, yet the standards of your community prohibit such behavior, hence making it illegal. solution? move to a community which condones prostitution (reno nv, for instance) and have fun.
how you want to tie this to abortion escapes me, a woman's right to abort has been decided by the high court in roe v. wade and subsequently is the law of the land.
i hope this answers your concern.

i don't know...

i think it should be legalized and controlled like it is in most of Europe....the prostitutes over there have to be licensed and be tested every week for diseases...not only that they have to pay taxes on it, it's a lot different there than here, there are no horrible pimps that beat the women....it's viewed as a business and a profession just like any other job....

it's much safer if it were to be legalized and controlled than if it is illegal and let loose to spread disease.

Because you live in a democracy which has chosen, through its representatives, to make prostitution illegal (in most places) and abortion legal (for the most part).

With the abortion they are usually required to meet certain health requirements to do these types of operations. Unfortunately with prostitutes you can not get them to come in and get checked for stds, and provide a system that someone will pay 100% for the care of women in this profession. I think : It is your body if you want to have sex for money fine, just do not ask me to pay for your health care. Also do not complain if you get aids.

Abortion I am completely against except in cases of Rape. There are too many people who can not have babies and want them.

Dating is pretty much the same as prostitution. You should try that.
