Why do the employees hats at Hardee's fast food restaurants have the number 41 and 61 on the backs?

Noticed this a while back and it has been bugging me ever since. Just did a little research but no clear cut answer. I'm only guessing here, but is it because Hardee's is found in 41 states and was founded in 1961?

41 is the average life expectancy if you eat their food and 61 is the maximum life expectancy.

why dont you send a letter to Mr. Hardee (the starter) and ask him? ive had tons of questions for him and he always gets back to me.
