I was suspended from Ebay for selling geunine Windows SP2 discs. Microsoft and dell didnt like it.

you are suspended for exactly 7 days ( to the minute) nothing you can do about it.
It does seem harsh though

You do know that OEM software is made for the Original Equipment Manufacturer and is to be sold only with the hardware they build don't you?
If you were selling Dell / Windows software even though it is "genuine" you could go to jail so be thankful you aren't and check what you are selling before you sell on ebay.

Yes, you will be suspended for 7 days or more. Ebay suspension is hard to dispute, but you can keep contacting them to try to get somewhere.

Yes 7 days only if its your fist time suspension for anything. if youve been suspended before for anything else then ? why coz theres lots of people selling 'genuine windows' on e-bay

Why would you be selling Service pack 2, when you can download it for free at- http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/sp2/default.mspx
That is probably why they blocked you.
