When you wake up just carry on drinkin---dont get too excessive mind , it only feels worse if you come down .The main advice for a painfree wake up is already here mentioned, ie drink loads of water before goin to bed, alternatively, when youre out drinkin then every now and then go and drink a glass of water then go back to the bar . Whatever you do just have a good time and dont over indulge to where you become recklessly drunk, thats no fun at all, Bye ,Im off for a pint or 3.

That's because the hangover effect is caused by acetaldehyde - the liver oxidation product of alcohol. As intoxicating and toxic as alcohol is, acetaldehyde is even more toxic. Acetaldehyde takes longer to clear the system (oxidation to acetic acid).
There are two enzymes involved - alcohol dehydrogenase and acetaldehyde dehydrogenase. Relative differences in enzyme activities explain why some people suffer more than others. If you have a lot of acetaldehyde dehydrogenase, you are less likely to get bad hangovers. This is partially genetic and partially acquired.
Of course, dehydration is another factor.

Cos you're actually not as drunk the morning after, more dehydrated and terribly brain drained than anything else!! Also copious amounts of booze leaches all the B vitamins from your body, so having a multi B tablet would at least settle your stomach and wobblies a bit .....Maybe also because you'd really jus lurve another drink but wouldn't dare!! ........................ :0)

Combination of acetaldehyde toxicity from the breakdown of alcohol effects digestive tract, muscles. Dehydration, as well as withdrawl from alcohol adds to the misery. Drink plenty of water and deal with it. Vitamin B complex (B150) will greatly help, especially if taken before you go to sleep the night before. Best taken with food the morning after.

Confuscious say:
She who drinks gets drunk
She who gets drunk falls asleep
She who sleeps wakes up
She who wakes up has hangover
She who has hangover is grouchy
She who is grouchy gets drunk
Have a glass or seven of water and rehydrate yourself hun
Break the cycle
We have all been there and done that, it will pass soon.

Because your body is desperately trying to rid itself of the evil alcohol so you're part drunk and part getting your hangover. I hate that too because you know it's only going to get worse.
