For all of you that answered to this question, I can see where you're coming from, however, I also think that this war was a huge mistake and so does the majority of the world. You wouldn't know that of course because all you hear is what they want you to. You've never seen actual footage of what's really happening over there. It's a war that will never be won. The loss of American soldiers and innocent Iraqi families for no reason at all is not fair to those who are suffering and for all of us that wish we can be heard. Iraq is a muslim country and Bush can't change that. Basically that's what he's trying to do. If he's trying to give them freedom, then why is he killing them. If they wanted his help, then why are they fighting against him. Don't you see, he doesn't care about them. Muslim women are being raped and beat up. Homes are raided by American soldiers and the innocent people living in them are killed without even doing anything wrong. I've seen videos of a man that was dragged out of bed and was killed in front of his kids without even fighting for his own life. CAN ANY OF YOU TELL ME WHY THAT'S HAPPENING??????????????? I THOUGHT BUSH SAID THIS WAR IS TO FREE THE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Face it, he has no business being there. AND HE'S NOT GOING TO WIN!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHY ISN'T HE HELPING THE PALISTINIANS???????? They really need it. No, he can't. All he wanted to do is get rid of Sadam to cover his own ***. There were no nuclear weapons. It was proven to be a "mistake", which was actually a big lie. But that was the only way for him to come up with an excuse, wasn't it? WE THE PEOPLE NEED TO TAKE THIS INTO SERIOUS CONSIDERATION. THIS SUBJECT IS AFFECTING EVERY ONE OF US. IF NOT NOW, IT WILL IN THE FUTURE. LOOK AT LIFE HERE IN AMERICA. IT'S NOT WHAT IT USED TO BE. EVERYONE IS SO VIOLENT. WE EVEN FEAR FROM OUR OWN NEIGHBORS SOMETIMES. WHY??????? BECAUSE VIOLENCE AND THE IDEA OF TERRORISM IS PLANTED IN THE BACK OF OUR MINDS. COME ON PEOPLE, WE ARE WASTING OUR LIVES. FORGET THE VIOLENCE. WE ARE ALL CREATED EQUAL AND WE NEED TO TREAT EACHOTHER EQUALLY. LIFE IS SHORT, CAN'T WE ENJOY IT INSTEAD OF SPENDING IT ALL IN WAR AND FIGHTING.

Save some of that anger for the senseless killers that every day blow themselves and many innocent others up. We have made some mistakes but, destroying the killers who are run by fear is not one of them. Maybe if you would stop killing each other over there we could go home.

It bogles my mind to see people defend this incompetent president. What would they do when the backlash hits us, for Bush's incompetence.The thing about a regulated fight is a referee can stop the fight when the apponent is in over his head, but still the apponent wants to fight. This fight will have its consiquence but the one who started the fight will not be the one in harms way, no it will be me and you.
While all we hear is that mistakes were made, how about a referee, PLEASE!

on behalf of most of the conservatives here, id like to invite you to post as often as you can as you are a shining example of what the electorate can expect with the typical liberal extremist voter and i heartily welcome you here. two quick points here, the only one i hear saying the war is lost is a DEMOCRAT harry reid and as billary and edwards voted for the war its hardly bushs. your quesiton has no answer as your facts are wrong.

Ok good question yet the president listens to his advisors in military-why not mail your advice too-make no mistake about it Clinton was proven greedy not President Bush-and America is a free nation -in Iraq if you said this about Sadman insane or Sudamn Hussie or the past presdent proven the murderer of thousands of innocents it would be you losing your life.
I would say believe the truth-and yet about pulling out of Iraq at this point-the Terrorist will take over and have their own base of opperation to their sworn purpose of killing the infadels that stand against Islam -including all that believe Moses (that "There is no forgiveness of sins without a pure blood atonement.") Which these certain muslims feel will get them a pass to heaven by their good works-which makes Jesus a liar and His promised salvation a lie-Isaiah 9:6 "Unto us a child will be born and a SON given, and He will be almighty GOD, and the prince of peace." HE will lay down his life to make atonement for our sins-Isaiah 53
