It is obvious what he is asking ;)
He is saying why does America always have to be at the top - number 1?
And then saying can you justify otherwise ;)
Why? They are a superpower, and everyone else in this world politically is to scared to take them on. You are either an Ally or an enemy. All enemies of this state are to weak to put on a real offensive.
All the Allies are other superpowers. A clash would probs promt a WW3.
Terrorism against this state is just tipping the iceberg. If infact that is what 911 was?
