If the last date of an offer or a sceme or a deadline is monday then it means that it shall end when the 24hours of the day specified ends. In this case if its ending on monday then it means that the scheme will en when monday ends and monday ends at midninght, beyond 12 midnight it shall not be available. So u can buy the article with the offer on monday aswell.

Unless otherwise stated in the offer, I would assume it's valid until the calendar turns to Tuesday or at the close of business on Monday. But that may also depend on what time zone the company and/or it's servers are based in.
