This is not an indication for a house call, even during the week. These are now confined to the following 3 groups:

Frail elderly house bound.
Terminally ill.
Patients who require a GP visit to allow medical stabilisation before hospital admission.

Additionally the out of hours service is designed to deal with patients who develop acute conditions during the out of hours period and your history suggests you problem is chronic.

By all means contact NHS Direct for advise, but they may advise you to visit your GP on Monday.

Also, check to see if your dr's office has an after office hours line where you can leave a message to have a dr call you about this situation you are dealing with. If the pain gets really bad then go to the A&E (I'm in the U.S. but am familiar with some of the terms used in the UK for emergency care).

If you have an elevated temperature you need to seek medical attention at you emergency room as you will need more test done than a free standing clinic can do. If there is a possibility that you are pregnant seek medical Attn NOW!

nhs direct, to be honest Ti's not an emergency, make app Monday morning, so either you are hinting your pregnant, in which case if you are worried something is wrong go to casualty, or because you are over eating and put on weight, this can change your periods and you may have wind?
