ya a bit comproming in terms of availability & service abt which u can enquire from a local dealer
otherwise it just rocks nd yes foxconn is also another similar but better option

Asrock motherboards are the budget boards of Asus. Asrock boards are good value for your money. They have decent features as well as some tweaking options in BIOS.
My 3 year old Asrock socket A board is still going strong.

they are decent motherboard for everyday computing. not the best for gaming. they are asus' budget motherboards.
